Frequently asked questions
Do we need a biometric or card scanner machine?
No. Any smartphone with a camera scans the student QR codes, and teachers use their own phones for GPS check-in.
Can a teacher check in from home?
No. The teacher's phone location has to be within your school's area for the check-in to be accepted.
Can parents see attendance?
Yes. Attendance shows up in the parent portal alongside results.
Can I use the ID cards we already printed?
Yes. If your current cards carry a code, you can import it for each student so the same card works on Examvora.
